- Check the Blackout Dates section to ensure your wedding date is NOT listed on that day. Note: We would do weddings on any day out of the week. There is a $50 charge that would be applied if your wedding date falls on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday.
- Check the Service Locations section to ensure your wedding venue falls within the distance parameters for Face Candy Studio makeup service.
- Select your preferred payment and check out.
- During checkout, add bride’s full name and wedding date.
- After payment, you will receive an email from your bridal liaison with your bridal makeup contract to add details of your wedding day and sign. (Venue, Location, Time, etc.)
- You would also get email updates leading into the days before your wedding date, and a final bridal makeup contract to sign.
- Your personal Face Candy Studio makeup artist would cater to all your personal beauty needs on your wedding day.
- Your payment today would the start the Booking Process listed above.
- Gratuity for a job well done is not expected, but definitely appreciated.
- Gratuity could be paid in cash directly to your artist, or on your personal bridal party booking page (if applicable).
- If your wedding date falls on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday within 2-12 months from today’s date, we can service your wedding date at no extra charge (with the exception of Black Out Dates – see below.)
- If your wedding falls on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday within 2 to 12 months from today’s date, we can service your wedding date but you would have to pay a wedding date surcharge.
- If your wedding date is in less than 2 months from today’s date, you are not eligible for this wedding makeup service. We recommend you book a party makeup appointment, instead.
- If your wedding date is more than 12 months away from today’s date, we recommend that you book when your wedding date gets within a year.
- Once your wedding date is saved on our calendar, no other wedding would share that date. This allows you the flexibility you need to expand on services or revise service hours, as needed.
- The following dates are not available for wedding makeup service:
- Jan 18-20
- Feb 15-28
- July 30-Aug 7
- Oct 8-11
- Nov 25
- Dec 25
- This list is updated on a weekly basis and displays black out dates to a year in advance only.
- We provide nonairbrush makeup for other members of the wedding party including bridesmaids, junior bridesmaids, mother of the brides, grandmothers, aunts ($80 each), groom, groomsmen, and flower girls ($55 each), with the booking of a wedding makeup package.
- Without a booked wedding makeup package, the makeup services for the remaining wedding party members would be full price at $110 each.
- If you have a personal wedding party booking page (which comes automatically with Wedding Makeup Platinum and Wedding Makeup Double Platinum packages), you would be able to pay for all these services separately or altogether on that page.
- If you do not have a personal wedding party booking page (because you booked a Wedding Makeup Gold package), then these services would have to be paid separately as a party makeup appointment, at full price, when your wedding date becomes available.
- Your wedding makeup team consists of 1 airbrush makeup artist who works exclusively on the bride on the wedding day.
- If your wedding party books separate party makeup appointments here, your makeup artist may also be tasked with completing their looks as well.
- If your wedding party books makeup appointments on your personal wedding party booking page, then 1 or 2 additional makeup artists may accompany your personal bridal makeup artist on your wedding day to complete your wedding party’s makeup looks.
- Your makeup artist would provide options for you to choose from at your makeup trial.
- The lashes you get at your trial would be the lashes you get on your wedding day.
- If you choose to not get strip lashes, the price of your wedding makeup package would remain the same.
- If you choose to bring or use your own strip lashes, the price of your wedding makeup package would remain the same.
- If you would like to do bottom lashes, you can discuss that during your pre-trial phone consultation. There’s no extra charge.
- We do not provide individual lash service.
- Your makeup artist would be wearing a face mask for the full duration of your makeup appointment.
- She would also use hand sanitizer or wear disposable gloves.
- You have the right to refuse service, and reschedule your makeup trial for free, if your makeup artist arrives and appears to be coughing or sneezing uncontrollably.
- If our artist considers your cold-like symptoms to be uncontrollable or impeding, she has the right to refuse service, and recommend you reschedule with a $15 fee.
- If you feel you are too sick to do your makeup trial, you may reschedule your makeup trial with a $15 fee.
- On the wedding day, if you feel you are experiencing symptoms, please Whatsapp or Email us immediately so your makeup artists can wear extra protection.
- If your makeup artist arrives on wedding day, and you appear to be coughing or sneezing uncontrollably, a $100 inconvenience fee would be charged before services are rendered.
- We are a completely mobile company.
- All makeup services are provided at YOUR LOCATION in Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, Bronx, or Nassau County (Long Island).
- Nassau County Includes Old West Bury, Hempstead, Garden City, Westbury, Valley Stream, Massapequa, Oceanside, Syosset, Mineola, Carle Place, Jericho, Freeport, Great Neck, New Hyde Park, Long Beach, Rockville Centre, Farmingdale, East Meadow, Bethpage, Levittown, Bellmore, Plainview, Uniondale, Floral Park, Roslyn, Port Washington, Elmont, Floral Square, West Hempstead, Hewlett, Malverne, South Hempstead, East Rockaway, Lynbrook, Woodmere, Brookville, Cedarhurst, Island Park, Lawrence, Locust Valley.
- New Jersey is not included in our coverage area at this time.
- We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction.
- If you need to cancel your wedding makeup services, you may do so and receive a full refund if you are 2 months or more away from your wedding date.
- If you are within 2 weeks of your wedding date, you would receive a store credit for 50% of your wedding makeup package at the time of booking.
- If services have been rendered, you would be eligible for a partial store credit after you have made a request in writing.

- Any non-urgent or general questions can be emailed to info@facecandystudio.com at any time during the week, and you’ll receive a response within 24 hours, if not the same day.
- On the day of your makeup trial, and your wedding day, a representative would always be in the office, to serve any on-demand needs.
- Your bridal liaison would ensure there’s no breakdown in communication between you and your makeup artist. We encourage you to keep your bridal liaison informed with your wedding party and wedding planning revisions to ensure your makeup artist does not miss anything, so she can be held accountable for your final wedding makeup look and experience.
