    NOTE:

    1. NO SAME-DAY APPOINTMENTS.

    4. After checkout, you’ll receive both email AND mobile text confirmations.
    5. The remaining balance of $95 would be due via Zelle using  facecandystudio@gmail.com or via the website by 10pm EST the day before the appointment, or your appointment would be canceled.

    COVID-19

    Our makeup artist has the option to wear a face mask for the full duration of your makeup appointment. You have the right to refuse service, and reschedule for free, if your makeup artist arrives and appears to be coughing or sneezing uncontrollably. Likewise, if our artist considers your cold-like symptoms to be uncontrollable or impeding, she has the right to refuse service, and recommend you reschedule by returning to this page and booking a new appointment at the next available time.

    Any non-urgent or general questions can be emailed to info@facecandystudio.com at any time during the week, and you’ll receive a response within 24 hours, if not the same day.

    Location

    We are a completely mobile company. All makeup services are provided at YOUR LOCATION anywhere between Boca Raton and Kendall, or 25 miles from Hollywood Florida. Enter YOUR LOCATION for your makeup appointment in the Additional Information Field. West Palm Beach and Homestead is not included in our coverage area at this time.

    Lashes

    If you do not want lashes, simply let your makeup artist know when she arrives. However, this would not change the price of the appointment. Your makeup artist would not perform lash removal services. You cannot have false lashes on before she starts your makeup, otherwise she would not add lashes on top of previous lashes. Bottom lashes are an additional $15 and can be added during checkout.

    Booking for 2

    Booking 2 appointments at the same time would consist of 1 makeup appointment started after the 1st makeup appointment has been completed.

    Refunds
    1. We do not provide refunds, unless our artist is suddenly unavailable (which is rare.) However, we are committed to 100% customer satisfaction.
    2. If you need to reschedule your appointment, simply WhatsApp us and we’ll help you with that request. There is a $15 fee associated with a reschedule.
    3. If you are more than 5 minutes late to your appointment at YOUR LOCATION, your makeup artist may request you reschedule, to avoid her being late for her remaining appointments.
    4. If your makeup artist is more than 5 minutes late, you would be given a gift card to be used at a future party makeup appointment.
    5. If you are unhappy with your makeup look after your appointment has ended, contact us via WhatsApp or email and you would receive a gift card to be used at a future party makeup appointment.
