By signing up and checking out on www.facecandystudio.com/giveaway during the giveaway time period, you automatically would be entered with one (1) entry into the Carnival Makeup Giveaway, referred later as “the Giveaway”. Your signup is an electronic signature that expresses consent for the sponsors of this giveaway to contact you via email address, direct message, or phone number to organize your prize shipment and distribution, and offer future deals.
- INSTAGRAM POST LIKE. By liking any of the numerous Instagram posts of the current giveaway banner (pictured above on www.facecandystudio.com/product/giveaway) on the @facecandystudio page during the giveaway time period, you automatically would be entered with one (1) entry into the Giveaway. Your “like” is an electronic signature that expresses consent for the sponsors of this giveaway to contact you via Instagram direct message to organize your prize shipment and distribution, and offer future deals.
- INSTAGRAM TAG. By tagging 2 people under the giveaway banner on @facecandystudio page during the Giveaway time period, you automatically would be entered with one (1) entry into the Giveaway. Your 2 tags in the comment section is an electronic signature that expresses consent for the sponsors of this giveaway to contact you via Instagram direct message to organize your prize shipment and distribution, and offer future deals.
Terms
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Void where prohibited by law and outside the United States. Subject to all federal, state and local laws, regulations, and ordinances.
Giveaway Period: September 26, 2024 at 9:00 AM Eastern Daylight Saving Time (“EDT”) and ends on October 18, 2024 at 8:59 AM ET. Face Candy Studio’s computer is the official time keeping device for the Giveaway.
Eligibility: 1. Must be living within the United States or Canada. 2) Must be 18 years or older. 3) Must have a valid email address, phone number, or mailing address. 4) Must have a public Instagram page. Sponsors reserve the right to verify the eligibility of winners. Employees, affiliates, contractors, and family members of the Sponsors’ business owner are not eligible to enter or win.
Disqualification: Incomplete, illegible, corrupted, untimely, or multiple entries would be voided and disqualified.
Winners
First Drawing: Friday, October 18, 2024 at 9:00 AM ET
Second Drawing: Friday, October 18, 2024 at 9:15 AM ET
Verification: All potential winners would be subjected to verification before any prize is awarded.
Contact: Winners will receive an initial email or direct message, or SMS, message from Face Candy Studio to claim their prize. A followup message from Face Candy Studio would also be necessary for prize fulfillment.
Substitution: Sponsors reserves the right to make equivalent prize substitutions at their sole discretion. Sponsors will not replace any lost or stolen prizes or components of a prize.
Announcements: Announcements of winners would be on this page, but also on the Sponsors’ Instagram Stories or any other web marketing on or after October 18, 2024.
