DO I NEED TO HAVE A CARNIVAL MAKEUP APPOINTMENT TO GET A BRONZING APPOINTMENT?
- No. You do not have to have a carnival makeup appointment to get bronzing. However, there is a separate price for clients who only wish to receive body bronzing services.
SHOULD I GET MY MAKEUP DONE BEFORE GETTING MY BODY BRONZING SERVICES DONE?
- Yes. If you already have a carnival makeup appointment with Face Candy Studio, you would get your makeup done before you receive body bronzing services.
HOW LONG DOES BRONZING TAKE?
- Depending on your body size or how much surface there is to cover, your full body bronzing appointment would take 15 to 25 minutes.
COULD I TAKE A SHOWER AFTER MY BRONZING APPOINTMENT?
- It is highly recommended that you take a shower before you come in to your appointment, and also avoid getting wet. While the bronzing should stay in place during slight mist, a downpour of water would cause a distortion in the appearance of the body bronzer.
WOULD THE BRONZER RUB OFF FROM DANCING?
- If you plan to dance by yourself, then the bronzer should stay in place even despite any sweating.
WHAT TIME IS MY BRONZING APPOINTMENT IF I DON’T HAVE A MAKEUP APPOINTMENT?
- You can come in any time between 5 AM and 9AM to get your appointment started. Once you check in, your wait time would be anywhere from 0-20 minutes.
PAYMENTS
CAN I SELL OR TRANSFER MY APPOINTMENT TO SOMEONE ELSE?
- Sure. A transferred appointment means that the original buyer is no longer coming in for bronzing services, and has shared her purchase receipt with a friend with the intentions of the friend using the original bronzing appointment. It is the responsibility of the original customer to collect money from their friend for a proper appointment transfer. Also, the name on the original appointment stays intact. Therefore, on carnival day, the new customer should have two things to enter the salon successfully: 1) The full name of the original customer, and 2) A forwarded Face Candy Studio email or receipt from the original customer confirming that the payment was received.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
- Your bronzing payment is final and is forfeited if you are unable to make the appointment under any circumstance. Exceptions are made if a carnival is canceled citywide 7 or more days in advanced. Now, if you have an unfavorable experience, and Face Candy Studio is unable to correct it on the same day, then a store credit would be issued to you.
